Ever since I was little I have always suffered with severe migraines which can last anything up to 5-6 days at a time. I am on 4 different lots of tablets to help with these migraines and I've also had the
Most of the time these do help to stop the onset of a bad migraine and help to ease the pain a little bit..... But not this week! I'm currently on day 5 of a severe migraine and it's taking all of my energy just to get up and get myself dressed.
So I thought I would list 7 things
of how I feel when I've got one of these bad migraines:
- The pain is unreal!
- All you
wanna do is sleep for 5-6 days straight.
- Even watching
TV hurts because of the bright lights
- A dark and
quite room is your best friend
- A cup of tea with 3 sugars is even better!
Your hungry but the thought of food just makes you feel sick.
- You want to swap heads with your worst enemy and let them take the pain (
Living with bad migraines is not a good thing as when you get one, it basically stops you doing stuff that you have planned because you can barely lift your head off the pillow for days. This is also the reason that sometimes I can go a week without posting on here, it's not because I don't want to post, it's because I physically can't move my head!
